The support was great, anything extremely clean, each one of the staff extremely attentive and friendly. While in the breakfast space anything was very good, excellent and extremely handle with care.

I have stayed for 5 nights with my wife. Beds ended up comfy and the space was normally pretty clean. The employees were being really helpful and friendly and always made us feel like home. Rooms are large as well as the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was good. Not an exceptionally social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally located and the personnel on the reception were there at all the hours. The beds were comfortable and the people in the hotel were being typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Good location, almost everything is close. Staff members are super welcoming and useful and talk wonderful English. You will discover activities each and every night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people today. Rooms and services are good and towels changed every day. Only thing was beds are a little squeaky but that’s very small. Excellent quality for the money!

Assuming that you are travelling to Castel, Guernsey you have to reserve this hotel. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.

Excellent place, almost everything is within walking distance. Staff are tremendous pleasant and handy and speak excellent English. There are actually activities every single evening and it´s a great way to socializing with people nowadays. Rooms and services are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are a little bit noisy but that’s really insignificant. Great value for the price!
